The Hyderabad market for frozen brands
Growth in the IT corridor around HITEC City and Gachibowli has created a large, young customer base that shops on quick commerce. Long, hot summers keep ice cream demand high for much of the year.
Hot summers and a fast-growing west
Summer heat and the rapid growth of western Hyderabad mean new dark stores and long cross-city routes. We plan dispatch by zone and keep stock moving in refrigerated vehicles with short handovers.
